RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Shipping Update: Due to the current situation with COVID shipping updates are delayed, orders are taking longer than expected to be delivered and tracking numbers are slow to receiving updates. There is a delay with mail deliveries and unfortunately, this is outside of our control.  As soon as the tracking information is updated, you will be notified. Also please note that if you have received a tracking number that means that your package has been dispatched with a carrier. 

Manes by Monae does not issue refunds for any reason or circumstance. In the event you need to exchange your hair, you need to do so within 7 days by notifying Manes by Monae via phone or email. We reserve the right to either exchange the item or offer an online credit towards other products. In all cases, the merchandise must be in the original condition and returned along with packaging materials for claim purposes.

Any chemical alterations or modifications made to the product subsequent to the sale, make all guarantees null and void. We cannot accept back any hair that has been used or altered such as combed, brushed, picked out, cut, processed, rinsed, permed, bleached or colored, etc. The product must be returned back to us exactly in the manner in which you received it to qualify for an exchange prior to making any change/alterations to the hair, please thoroughly inspect it but do not remove the bands. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@manesbymonae.com to obtain confirmation. After receiving a confirmation, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your order number name on order, and mail your return to the address given via email. 

You MUST contact us in order to arrange an exchange to ensure that we safely receive your returned product. No exchanges/returns will be accepted that are mailed to an unauthorized return address and or pass 7 days. Upon granting your request for an exchange, we will provide you with the authorized return address. Once your returned order has been received we will contact you to complete processing of your exchange.

 

REFUNDS 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

Please Note 

  ● Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  ● Return shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility.

 

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS

Manes By Monae reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to Potential fraudulent or criminal activity: An irregular or excessive returns history: regarding damage, missing items, etc.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?

Unfortunately, We can NOT cancel any orders before they have been shipped. 

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS BEFORE IT SHIPS?

NO ADDRESS CAN BE CHANGED. Please be aware that for security reasons, Manes By Monae does not allow customers to change their address after an order is placed.

We do not ship to P.O. BOXES! 

Please make sure you update your shipping address before you place a new order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but again, it is for your protection.
