Shipping Update: Due to the current situation with COVID, shipping updates are delayed, orders are taking longer than expected to be delivered and tracking numbers are slow to receiving updates. There is a delay with mail deliveries and unfortunately, this is outside of our control. As soon as the tracking information is updated, you will be notified. Also please note that if you have received a tracking number that means that your package has been dispatched with a carrier.   

Processing Time: Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Once method of payment is accepted and approved the order will be processed within 4 days. Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed the following open business day. Please note ALL orders take 1-4 business days to process before they ship.

What Are The Shipping & Delivery Options? Time in transit depends on the shipping method selected; please reference above for additional information. Please note that time in transit does not include weekends or holidays. All delivery times are estimates. Manes By Monae is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature. USPS is required for all deliveries to P.O Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped via USPS.

Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days): $8.00

Express (1-2 Business Days): $24.00 

When Will I Receive My Tracking? A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email for you to track your purchase. All delivery times are estimates. Once delivery confirmation becomes available, Manes by Monae is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.  It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to provide an accurate address and contact information.

There Was an Errors And/or Shipment Delay: Manes by Monae will not be responsible for shipment delays due to weather or other natural or environmental factors, we will try our best to ship out products at the specified timeframe promised. However, we advise that you place your order far in advance to allow for unplanned delays. All shipping errors must be reported 7 business days of the date of delivery. Once confirmed that an incorrect item was sent, we reserve the right to resend the correct product However, the incorrect products must be returned to our office prior to re-shipping of products. 

Returns/Exchanges: Manes by Monae does not issue refunds for any reason or circumstance. In the event you need to exchange your hair, you need to do so within 7 days by notifying Manes by Monae via email. We reserve the right to either exchange the item or offer an in-store credit towards other products. In all cases, the merchandise must be in original condition a returned along with packaging materials for claim purposes. The hair should not be used or altered such as combed, brushed, picked out, cut, processed, rinsed, permed, bleached or colored, etc. For all other inquiries, please contact us at info@manesbymonae.com

Resolving Your Concerns: If you have any concerns, we welcome you to contact us and we will make every effort to address and resolve your concerns. Feel free to contact us by email address at info@manesbymonae.com and we will respond within 48 hours. 

Emails: You will receive 2 emails pertaining to your order. The 1st email will be confirmation of the order itself with all of the details surrounding it. The 2nd email will be received once the order ships. This will contain your tracking details.
